The College of Management is a prestigious institution not only in Taiwan, but worldwide. They recognized the increasing globalization of many jobs and industries. To meet this growing demand for professionals with an international perspective, they started offering two MBA degrees taught in English in recent years. These programs are designed to meet the needs of a growing global economy. They also offer exchange programs with partner universities worldwide, in addition to internship opportunities both in Taiwan and abroad.

Business concepts or theories in human resource management will be useless if not put into practice. The application of these ideas will help the students appreciate more of what they have learned, and further, explore what things could be done with the knowledge they already have.

The Global Human Resource Management (GHRM) program develops professionals with skills and knowledge in the Human Resources (HR) sector. In fact, students use their knowledge to help local businesses analyze their problems and provide sound solutions. In addition to academics, students are offered exchange opportunities abroad to places like Germany, France, England, Japan, Korea, and many more. A dual MBA degree is offered through a partnership with the Nottingham Trent University in the United Kingdom, where the students studies one semester at their campus to qualify for the dual degree.

International Business (IBMBA) develops professional in business operations and management with a global perspective. The knowledge is not only gained in the classroom, but augmented by field trips to local businesses and even abroad to see firsthand the challenges facing business. Students have the opportunities to study in Canada and Austria. In addition, they can earn dual MBA degrees through the State University of New York (SUNY) in Korea, Johannes Kepler University in Austria, École Supérieure des Sciences Commerciales d’Angers (ESSCA) in Paris, France, and KEDGE Business School in Bordeaux, France.

As an added benefit, students enrolled in the programs are offered free Chinese language classes at the acclaimed Chinese Language Center (CLC).

The dinner will be on Thursday, December 20th, at the renown Sunset Beach Resort Restaurant on the main campus. The dinner starts at 17:30.
